If you are found to be in possession of a stolen credit card we will contact the authorities and provide your IP details. Fraud will not be taken lightly!
Shipping
Items are delivered through the international courier network EMS. In some instances your items can arrive through your local shipping company e.g. Australia Post.
Items are generally shipped by the next business day and are delivered within eight days thereafter. Some items can take up to ten working days if they are heavy such as jumping stilts and saunas. Regional orders can take extra days if you are more difficult to get to.
Since our products are delivered internationally they cannot be sent overnight so the minimum delivery time is about five or six days. For the same reason, any returns must be sent to the address found in our returns and warranty page.
