Warranty will cover manufacturer faults for a total of three months from delivery date. Please read the following details before buying.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL PRODUCTS - "DOA"
A Product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a failure, or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging. Where Bargain-Bay.com.au has provisionally determined that a Product is DOA, Items will be covered for return shipping of up to $40 only if you have purchased insurance. The replacement item will be sent free of charge. If insurance has not been purchased at the time of the original order, the return shipping price shall be paid for by the customer. There are no refunds unless the original item is no longer in stock.
When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned DOA Product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned DOA Product becomes our property.
Bargain-Bay.com.au reserves the right to test any returned DOA product. If the condition of the Product was misrepresented to us by the customer, Bargain-Bay.com.au will not be responsible for any return or resending shipping fees, even if insurance was purchased with the original order. Please be aware that resending shipping fees are not discounted by Bargain-Bay.com.au and may cost up to $100 depending on the weight of the item.
POST DELIVERY FAULTS
If a defect arises after delivery for a period of up to three (3) months Bargain-Bay.com.au will exchange the item. Items will be covered for return shipping of up to $40 only if you have purchased insurance. The replacement item will be sent free of charge. If insurance has not been purchased at the time of the original order, the return shipping price shall be paid for by the customer. There are no refunds unless the original item is no longer in stock.
The delivery time for replacing the Product will be the same as stated for the original Product.
Replacement Products are provided with the same Warranty as the returned Product.

INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is a highly recommended option when purchasing from Bargain-Bay.com as it will cover lost or broken goods during shipment. Shipment of items can sometimes damage goods due to mishandling so it's best to cover yourself for this if buying electronics for example.
Insurance will cover the return shipping fee of up to $40 for lost or damaged items during transit and for warranty items up to three (3) months from the delivery date only. It does not cover damage after the item is received.
REFUNDS
Bargain-Bay.com.au heavily discount shipping rates, pay affiliate commissions on sales and pay labor time. This means that refunds are not possible with Bargain-Bay.com.au unless you are returning a warranty claim where the same item is no longer in stock.
RETURNS
Please first read the RMA file bellow before purchasing. If you agree, please ask for the RMA#. The RMA number will expire in 15 days,
RMA policy:
Returned Merchandise for Replacement or Repair:
Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned merchandise for repair or replacement must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories unless being notified.
Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
Customer is solely responsible if RMA Merchandise is damaged in shipping. Any Such unit will be repaired at standard out of warranty rates.
Customer is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during return shipping. Make sure you have enough insurance coverage.
RMA numbers are valid for no more than 15 (fifteen) days from issue date.
Bargain-Bay.com.au will attempt to ship RMA Merchandise from Mail-In Service within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the unit. If the item was returned with no error or damage and is users fault then return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Merchandise will be considered abandoned if no contact with the customer can be made within six (6) months of receipt. At that time, the abandoned merchandise will become the property of Bargain-Bay.com.au
RMA Returns shipping instructions:
A.) All RMA returns must be prominently displayed the RMA NUMBER on the shipping label or the package will be refused.
B.) All RMA returns must be freight pre-paid in proper shipping packages with this approved RMA REQUEST FORM attached as your packing slip. Ship to,

C.) Used via a traceable shipping method that can provide a tracking number for the return RMA package.
D.) All RMA returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment or any out of country shipment requiring a Broker or Customs Fee will be accepted. Bargain-Bay.com.au will return ship to customer, consignee pays all balance. Bargain-Bay.com.au will pay no Broker, duty, customs fee, V.A.T., or any other fee except return shipping.
